pureskin™ is located in the United States. Shipping is free for all orders within the United States. Standard shipping fees apply to all other orders.

We primarily ship through USPS and UPS but may use alternative carriers at our discretion.

how do I track my order?

All our parcels are shipped with USPS and UPS within the United States. For international orders, your parcel will be handed over to your local postal service for delivery.

tracking instructions:

  1. You will receive your tracking number via email within 2 days after your order has been dispatched.
  2. Visit our tracking page by clicking here and enter your tracking number, then press the "Track" button. You will be able to see the progress of your parcel.

For international orders, once your parcel has reached your country, you can track it through your local postal service's website.

For orders shipped outside the United States and Canada, please note that additional brokerage and/or customs fees may apply upon receipt. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are determined by the brokerage agency. pureskin™ is not responsible for these charges. We recommend that international customers wait for our dedicated international shipping options to become available to avoid these issues. We apologize for any inconvenience.

address accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. pureskin™ is not responsible for delays or additional charges due to incorrect address information. If you need to correct your address after placing an order, please contact us before your order ships. Additional shipping charges may apply if the order has already been shipped to an incorrect address.

We do not refund shipping charges for orders with incorrect shipping addresses.

international shipping policy

International shipping costs are determined by weight. Customers are responsible for the cost of duties or any additional fees incurred. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

order fulfillment

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing your online order. We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible but cannot guarantee specific shipping dates or delivery times.

Subscription orders typically ship on the same day (excluding weekends and holidays). These orders move into processing within 1-3 hours to meet shipping expectations.

order cancellation

You may request an order cancellation as long as the order has not yet begun processing for shipment. Once an order has moved into processing or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be returned for a refund upon delivery.

For questions regarding your order status, please reference the order ID in your confirmation email and contact us at hello@trypureskin.com. Please allow up to 48 business hours for a response.

In the case of order issues (e.g., undelivered orders, missing items), please allow 48 business hours from confirmation of your request for a resolution.
