Yes, pureskin™ towels are designed to be durable and strong even when wet. To reuse:

  1. Rinse by hand.
  2. Hang to dry.
  3. Once dried, the fabric will remain soft and pliable. However, we do not recommend reusing them too many times for skincare purposes.

Quick tip: After drying your face, use the towel to wipe off any excess water from your counter before discarding it!

If you need to cancel or make any changes to your order, please email hello@trypureskin.com within 2 hours of making your purchase. The subject line of your email must read 'CHANGE OF ORDER' or 'CANCEL ORDER,' and our team will get back to you shortly.

If you have made a mistake in your shipping address, please email hello@trypureskin.com within 2 hours of placing your order. Your email must have the subject line 'CHANGE OF ADDRESS' and include your full name, order number, and the corrected shipping address.

If your order status is shown as "unfulfilled," it means that your order has not yet been dispatched, but the payment has been successful. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been fulfilled, followed by another email with your tracking number.
