At pureskin™, we are dedicated to your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 60-day money-back guarantee. All purchases made on www.trypureskin.com can be returned for a full refund within 60 days of the purchase date.

To be eligible for a refund, you must contact our customer care team within 30 days of placing your order. If more than 60 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to offer a refund or replacement. This guarantee applies only to purchases made on www.trypureskin.com and does not cover purchases made on other platforms such as Amazon or from physical retailers.

To qualify for a refund, all items must be returned to us, whether opened or unopened. If we do not receive all items, you will not be eligible for a refund or replacement for the missing items.

how to initiate a return

  1. Contact Us: Fill out our contact form or email us at hello@trypureskin.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Return Shipping:
    • United States: A return label will be provided at no cost to you.
    • Other Locations: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including duties.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been processed and shipped. Additionally, orders cannot be canceled once they have begun processing for shipment.

exchanges

Exchanges are free. Please contact us at hello@trypureskin.com to receive a label at no charge. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged beyond use. This replacement policy is only valid for items purchased directly from www.trypureskin.com

missing, damaged, or incorrect items

If any items from your order are missing, incorrect, or damaged upon arrival, we will replace them at no additional shipping cost. You must provide our customer care team with a picture or video of the received items and the packaging they arrived in to qualify for a free replacement.

For damaged items, please include a picture showing the condition of the packaging and the product damage for our review. Replacements are at our discretion and minor defects or packaging damages may not qualify.

refunds

Once you have handed off your return to the specified delivery carrier, notify our customer service team. We will confirm receipt with the carrier and process your refund. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your financial institution. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 7 business days of your return receipt, please check your bank account and contact your bank or credit card company as processing times can vary. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at hello@trypureskin.com.

Sale items are not eligible for return, refund, or credit.

gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
